百創(chuàng)空間轉(zhuǎn)錄組以原片無(wú)錯(cuò)高清H&E+原片無(wú)錯(cuò)熒光+原片測(cè)序,“三片合一”實(shí)現(xiàn)精準(zhǔn)的細(xì)胞分割,將空間轉(zhuǎn)錄組推進(jìn)到單細(xì)胞分辨率的領(lǐng)域。
本著持續(xù)創(chuàng)新,深耕時(shí)空領(lǐng)域的決心,經(jīng)過(guò)又潛心研發(fā),百創(chuàng)智造于2024年3月27日在山東青島正式發(fā)布了百創(chuàng)S3000空間轉(zhuǎn)錄組芯片,讓空間組學(xué)的性能再進(jìn)一步。
百創(chuàng)S3000在6.8mm*6.8mm的捕獲區(qū)域內(nèi)鋪設(shè)了4,144,770個(gè)捕獲位點(diǎn),相鄰兩個(gè)捕獲位點(diǎn)的中心距為3.5μm。
相較于現(xiàn)在廣受市場(chǎng)認(rèn)可與好評(píng)的百創(chuàng)S1000轉(zhuǎn)錄組芯片,捕獲位點(diǎn)數(shù)提升近2倍,分辨率同樣提升近2倍
在相同的測(cè)序飽和度下,單細(xì)胞級(jí)別分辨率下中位UMI提升了30%~70%,中位基因數(shù)提升30%-60%。
